Every full set of LEONYX LINGERIE comes with a promise of free replacements due to wear and tear. No matter when or where you got them. Our lingerie is meant to be worn. We use only high quality fabrics and the sewing is top class. But at the same time, lingerie is not armor. The more you wear your lingerie, the closer they get to that sad day when a potential rip occurs. Fortunately we’ve got the remedy. As we provide lingerie, we also take care of them when they’re damaged. To start the replacement process, all we ask is you email, info@leonyxlingerie.com, with proof of purchase, and cover a flat shipping fee of $20. We value our relationship with our customers for a lifetime.
